"Disappointing Experience with Netflorist - Poor Quality and Service"

To be honest, I am extremely dissatisfied with the final product. I’m relieved I decided to inspect it myself before it reached the recipient. The cropping of the image was inaccurate, and it did not match what was initially shown. Additionally, I feel the designer or printer should have exercised more care and common sense when producing the item, as it resulted in people's heads being cropped out of the photos.

The quality of the bag itself is also very poor. It’s not durable enough for everyday use, which is disappointing, as I had hoped for a reliable product. As a result, I am unable to present this gift to the intended recipient, and I feel frustrated and let down by the overall experience.

This has completely soured my perception of Netflorist, and I’m now wary of making any future online purchases. I feel like I’ve wasted my money, and this situation has caused an unnecessary delay in giving a well-deserved gift to someone special. I have lost trust in this service.

The product is in terrible condition... I got this as a gift for someone and considering not giving it to them at all. The block is so scratched that the photo is not clearly visible - very poor quality!
