Digusted. My mom had surgery and yes the blooming surprise arrived late.

Terrible service ... I placed my order at 8am ... the delivery was only at 5pm ... and they delivered it to the wrong person .. missed my chance to make someone feel special on their special day... will never use netflorist again .. 👎👎👎👎👎🤬

This web page is useless, you cannot remove items from the cart, even if you log off the prior items are still there, what a waste of time.

I would not recommend. I have used them twice, and both times the delivery was so late that it actually ruined the gesture.

As well as the fact that the flowers were old and dry, and part of the gift was missing.

Bad service!! Still no delivery on the gift I ordered yesterday!
I was told that the driver will call me when the gift was arrived to hand over but still nothing!!
The delivery time cuts off at 4 as it says on the website..
So my gift wasn't delivered in time and I was lied too!!!
All that money for nothing, such a disappointment!
Will not recommend to anyone or use again 😡

Only 1/2 my order was delivered and no card was delivered with that order. Plus I was charged twice for delivery to be delivered at the same time to the same address
I have been using Netflorist of over 5 years and have always had good service. I am waiting for Netflorist to contact me to sort this out.

I purchased online and asked for delivery. Everything was like clockwork, my daughter received her beautiful gift of potted orchids and was amazed with the presentation

There were too many gifts to choose from, but this was the one we knew our daughter would love.

There were no delays or problems. Well done Netflorist, awesome service.

Wow :) my purchase was more beautiful than expected and elegantly boxed as well. The pride and care taken to make this experience memorable is so evident. I didnt know what to expect with regards to the wrapping as this will be personally gifted to a friend. Thought i would have to rebox and rewrap as i am a bit of a perfectionist lol, but i guess so is NetfForist... Thank you Netflorist.
