Saw the ad on Facebook and realized what a great gesture this would be for my Aunt. She received her flowers a few hours later and immediately called me up to thank me and said she will make a special prayer for me(kindness spreads fast!) What makes me want to use this service for more is not because I got a discount on my first purchase and will be getting another on my next! It was the greatest personalized service I've ever received from beginning to end!! Even the voice prompt felt welcoming and left a smile on my face and the fact that it was my first time on your site but was super easy to navigate,select,amend and checkout! In a nutshell, I felt valued, thank you!

"Terrible delivery service"

First time using Netflorist and I’m extremely disappointed. At payment was told between 4pm and 7pm. I’ve been waiting and checking the website which said out for delivery, 3hrs later it had switched back to order just received and prepping order for delivery?! I’m still waiting , no response to emails with no ETA
