How is this South Africa’s best online florist? I’m sure the products are lovely but the order site is a disaster! Every time I reach the checkout I’m told the chosen items are not available for delivery in the area. I then called but the agent was so slow I had to hang up Going back to reliable Interflora.

Tried it for the first time and no communication from netflorist.
It's out for deliveries from 2pm up till now . Tried calling and communication from my side to them but nothing. I run a funeral business and thought of getting a good supplier for us when it comes to flowers but clearly they can even drop a R300 order around the corner of their cape town branch . Woodstock / saltriver is a road away from them and they can't even do that . Sorry not good business

Got a message on 24/10 to be available between 7 and 4pm . Card arrived at 410ppm and flowers at 515pm? My friend paid 50€ ( R900.00) and a bunch of cheap chrysanthemums arrived. Really such a rip off. Pathetic service and no value for money. Feel robbed really.

I felt robbed when the gift i had ordered arrived. The image and description of the personalized journals stated that it would come in a glass box with a note from me the sender. Instead the gift arrived wrapped in kaki paper, with no note. How disappointing. Please be honest about your products!
