"I had a bad experience with Netflorist"

I had a bad experience with Netflorist. They failed to deliver the gift on the day ordered and I filed for a cancellation. Then they deliver the gift the next morning when i had cancelled it the previous day. I spent twice as much money on getting a replacement gift and now i have to pay for a gift that they failed to deliver on the day and that i had cancelled. Im disappointed

The flowers were fresh and presented in a beautiful manner. I would suggest that the font size in the "free" card be increased as it was a bit tiny and almost illegible.
