"The order was delivered late"

The order was delivered late. Couldn't receive gift on Friday only received it Monday morning. Flowers weren't in good condition.

"2 Day's late and still not delivered"

I'm realy not happy with this bad service, is the fruit in the hamper still going to be fresh, it is not a cheap package and your delivery fee is very high, the persons you had to deliver to stays like 7 km from each other the one received it on Friday and the other still nothing you told me yesterday between 11-2, I am a very disappointed customer, you did a great job with the previous delivery to the same address, but I can assure you that I will not be using this service ever again, what do you do in the case of a birthday, 2 days late😡
