"My order was a day late… My 1st Order With NetFlorist"

My order was a day late and the excuse was they could not get through the recipient but she was home all day and her phone was on, should have called me to find out if they can still deliver. Had to call the call centre and go on Twitter and get answers, they delivered and yet still did not call the recipient, guess them not being able to get ahold of the recipient was an excuse... Just glad she loved her order and can't get enough of it... It was my first time ordering through NetFlorist, will do so again to see how it goes the 2nd time around...

Pathetic! I ordered 12 roses at 9am
Delivery arrived at 4:30pm even though the delivery was to a school and my mom got 3 roses for her birthday instead of 12...absolutely disappointing!

i have used your services often, just a little tad disappointed that the order went out soooo late, as i ordered and paid for it the previous day, and my friend only received it the next day, 18h21, which made it a bit frustrating as she waited the whole day and could not go out at all.
