I would like to express my extreme disappointment in the service of this order. I have ordered many times before and was pleased with the service but not this time.
I had placed the order at 10.10 am and by 4 pm the delivery was still not done. The order was placed early so that it could be delivered before 4 pm.
The recipient had left work and the delivery had to be rescheduled for the next day, taking away the element of surprise and excitement that it was intended to provide.
In reality, the delivery happening the following day was actually pointless and a waste.

I am so disappointed with their service very poor. Yesterday it was my 50th birthday. My husband surprised me with a delivery that was supposed to go to Mangwanani River Valley. Around 7h00 Rams guy called to tell me the delivery is lost went Rustenburg is there such a thing. Hartebees and Rustenburg. I was so annoyed because he said they deliver it on the 22nd. Instead of starting with my delivery on the 22nd I am still waiting for their delivery. Where is excellent service here none. Just so disappointed...

Netflorist strikes again, making top of the charts with poor client experience
I received an e-mail dated Monday the 18th of July with a credit note of R150. So I had some time today to place an order for an anniversary gift and surprise, credit balance is ZERO.
I took the liberty to enquire about this and spoke to Zandile on the netflorist chat and the renspose was “there was an error from our marketing team, we apologize for raising your hope”
I responded to say their marketing department must honor the voucher as it is an error on their part “they had a system issue” and this time landed with Hope on their chat. Again she apologized for the error and frustration caused but bottom line is, I can go fly a kite as they were only too happy to create failed hope through false advertising and got me to place an order.
Majestic Odyssey of mixed flowers is still in my shopping basket.
I am horrified by the pathetic service from netflorist. Second poor experience in two weeks! WOW
