I ordered a hamper for my mom's 85th birthday, 2 days ahead. I am 600 kms away. An email from NetFlorist confirmed delivery for the day. 4 days AFTER, there is still NO DELIVERY, in spite of an auto-response, saying they'd be in touch. Hasn't happened. My elderly mom thinks I forgot her birthday. You USED to be reliable. SHAME on you NetFlorist, this is the last time I use you.
