"LIES, LIES, LIES"

I ordered flowers for a lady to thank her for helping me. Delivery was supposed to be same day (Friday)
I received the usual mails order placed, out for delivery and signed by recipient at 18:11 Friday evening. The Business closed at 17:00.
Flowers were delivered this morning only. When I brought it to Netflorist attention I was told that they rely on information provided by their driver and that the flowers were left at the gate on Friday.Telephone logs send as proof that the driver is not telling the truth.....
Why not admit and say you are sorry instead of making out the customer is lying.
Same day delivery does not exist nor does their service.
I will never make use of their services again!!!@@

"Disgusted"

Update: The gift was collected from NetFlorist and I received my refund. The lady that helped me was very efficient and responsive. However I have now also found out that because I am buying from Australia, outside of South Africa, I am being charged R400 more, something that I was not aware of. Shame on you.

Been a loyal customer for years!
Absolutely disgusting with my delivery and your service! I sent my mother a birthday gift that cost me R1749. It was pictured as this beautiful arrangement with an orchid planted in a glass vase. However, what my mother received was a very sad orchid who’s leaves and crown were covered in soil (this kills the plant due to rot!) when we went to uncover the leaves and crown, we found only one leave and that someone had deliberately cut the crown off. This plant will die very soon because of that. When I spend that kind on money, I expect that the plant will have what it needs to survive!! This is disgusting! You are ignoring my emails which have photos as evidence! Extremely disappointed NetFlorist. Please feel free to contact me as I would like a refund!

"Amazing and great service, the best you can get!"

I have been using Netflorist for years now, excellent service and they always ensure that my orders are sent to loved ones. Lots of specials when you’re subscribed with your email.

Internet glitches there and there resulting missing payments or delay with delivery however the staff are always on point to ensure that the gift gets to your loved one in the end.

Love their lingo, always cracks me up. 🤣

There website is a completely bad experience.
I used the widget for Johannesburg South and a list of all items available to be delivered the same day appeared. Everytime I entered my card details to pay it said unable to deliver to the area for this day.
This started from 11am... so all the options provided for same day delivered took me as far as paying to find out it doesn't get delivered.
I logged and enquiry and Noone is yet to assist! They are truly a disappointment for same day delivery

"Received defective order and the issue was never resolved"

Received an order with defective personalization, I opened a ticket right after to get it resolved, Netflorist never resolved the ticket, two weeks later after follow up phone calls they promised to escalate the issue and replace the order, they never did, so disappointing, such a waste.

"Netflorist is blooming with unreliability and customer mistrust"

I had the same experience that I see others have also complained about. I received an email dated 18 July 2022 reminding me about R300 credit I have owed to me and to spend it. When I go to use it, I see R0 credit available. I check with Netflorist because the credits are showing under my profile but unable to use it. They tell me the credits have expired so I pull up their own website text saying "your credits will never expire" but they insist they are expired. I ask when they expired as I just received an email reminding me of said credit and they say they can't see a date but it is expired. The chat then gets passed onto another Netflorist employee who tells me that this was a "system error" and they apologize. I find this truly hard to believe and will put it down to unsuccessful and sneaky marketing. Definitely a sour experience with Netflorist and I will not be using them again. I can't wait to see your generic response that you continue to use without reading and comprehending as I've seen on every other complaint.

"I placed 2 orders"

I placed 2 orders. One protea and roses, the other a medium bouquet of roses to be sent to a hospital where my daughter had just had a baby. They delivered a small bouquet of roses. Protea arrangement was fine. I sent a photo of the small rose bouquet. They promised to correct it but delivered an identical protea arrangement. I refused to accept it. They also asked for the small rose bouquet to be returned. In the end I asked for a refund for the difference between the price of a small to medium arrangement.
