"I'm so disappointed in your service…"

I'm so disappointed in your service this is for 3th time I order something early hours of the morning but it arrives late. Now I ordered something that was meant to be a serious surprise now it have been ruined becouse they say it will arrive tomorrow mxm

"POOR SERVICE FROM NETFLORIST CAPE TOWN"

I wish I could give a minus rating!!
I ordered a Personalized Clock on 22 September 2022 to be delivered to my friend for her birthday on 24 September 2022 in Kuils River. Everything was confirmed with a Receipt via email, but never arrived. No progress was shown on the tracking either. Monday morning my friend received a message asking if she was happy with her delivery on Saturday and luckily she informed me. I followed up via a phone call and was told "sorry, this item is out of stock and we can't tell when new stock will arrive". There was NO communication from their side at all. This is totally unacceptable!! Needless to say, I asked for a refund. This was the first time I ordered something from Netflorist, but also the last time. No apology whatsoever!!

"Not Worth it at all"

Firstly it was delivered to the wrong address a day later I received my gift which looked like they retrieved it from the previous person.... unfriendly delivery person who just shoved the thing in my hand I had to ask him if he was from Netflorist and who knows what he said on his way to the car...I suppose that's why the gift was delivered to the wrong person

"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I wish I could rate Netflorist 0 stars. Such poor customer service. Product I received was not what I paid for. After numerous phone calls and emails, I finally received a credit on my account, only for it to disappear shortly after. My credit balance is now at R0. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
I am disgusted at the level of incompetence shown by Netflorist. Mistakes are understandable but it's how you deal with your customers to resolve the issue that makes the difference. I sure will not be placing another order with you.

"I was supposed to get birthday gift…"

I was supposed to get birthday gift ordered by my daughter. Never arrived. On checking with net florist, they had wrong cell number.
Previous experience Mother’s Day 2022 the roses wilted on second day, they had to be thrown away within a week.

"Failure where it counts, when they almost had it right."

I cannot fault the service, nor can I fault the ease at which I was able to place my order. However...the item on the brochure versus the item delivered and for the price paid. Now that I can say I am most definitely not happy with.
A beautiful display of a flowering plant and what was gotten in reality was a single blooming flower with two buds about to bloom. Disgusting. Where is the quality control?
Dissappointed is a mild word for what I feel for this overcharge on an item ordered. If I did not order the additional biltong I would have been ashamed to have put my name on the card.
Netflorist needs to up their game seroiusly to get better quality assurance in place.

"My order and refund was a mess up"

My order was a mess up. They charged me $30 for something that was supposed to be a little over R450, then i cancel it for a refund ( I've been waiting 4 days for this refund to clear) then I got told the refund was stuck on the system as they had sent it through to be completed but it didn't get complete due to a technical error. They sent a request this morning and now I must wait another 1-3 working days. What a load of rubbish.. I have a voucher that i was planning to use before the deadline and now i guess i wont be able to use it. Needles to say their stuff is not the cheapest either

"I ordered at 8 in the morning to…"

I ordered at 8 in the morning to receive a package the same day. Still sitting at 20:00 waiting for it. Very disappointed as this service is meant to be a less stressful gift shopping experience however all it’s left me with is anxiety ten fold. Rather just go to the shop

"Unsubscribe? NO CHANCE!"

I have tried unsubscribing from NetFlorist for around 2 years - I've contacted their customer service, and yet I still get their emails. I send the emails to junk mail, and I still get sent their emails. The reason I used Netflorist was to send flowers to my mother - however she died 2 years ago. I live in Australia, and have no-one else I need to send flowers to in South Africa. I have told customer service this, and they said they would unsubscribe me, but this has not happened. it is crazy that I am still getting emails!
