The process of ordering was simple and done with ease. I did not have to leave my house to look for a gift at the shops. The gift arrived and was neatly packaged. It was exactly what I ordered. "A story with a happy ending..."

After careful consideration of gift to choose and checking that all will be received prior to going on leave for Christmas, my gift was booked to be delivered to me. A date was confirmed and I was happy, then the next day I got a message that delivery would be at 7am to the office. I requested change and it was confirmed delivery would be amended. Later I received a call that delivery person was at the office and no one was there (there were people at the office)., I spoke to driver, got cut off and then tried to call back. When I reached someone, they said it wasnt my parcel, retook my details and confirmed delivery and time was advised of office hours.

After 17h27pm today, I get a call that the delivery person is there and no one is at office, this time no one was. I was quite a distance away already, but the driver made a plan to get the gift to me so I wouldn't be disappointed. Yes, this is a long review, but one with a happy ending and a happy customer.

Thank you Netflorist for having staff that go above and beyond. I am sure the driver could have returned the gift or said he couldn't change delivery address and I'd get the gift after Christmas, but going that extra mile has changed the experience completely and I'd happily recommend use of Netflorist for quick, convenient service and employees who go out of their way to ensure smiles.

I received my gift in time and well packed,The website was user friendly,I really liked the notification via whatsapp to confirm or reschedule very helpful in case of emergency,the delivery company/guy have me the best servive the communication washust top notch and then I got to taste my chocolate and Wine definitely the best festive gift I've received so far I'll recommend this any day

The doughnuts looked squashed into the box. The icing was completely melted. It looked untidy as a gift. I was not pleased with the gift.

Ordering was so easy and delivery was exceptional, especially considering its the festive season. I was expecting a 10 - 14 day lead time, but it was ordered, personalised and delivered within 5 days!
