"Pathetic and rude delivery"
Really disgusted of how the Netflorist delivery guy addressed me when my gifts arrived. He called to inform me of his arrival at my residence and he rudely said "Be snappy, I haven't got all day waiting". When I tried to reprimand him as to not talk to me in that manner, he dropped the call in my ear. To add insult to injury, 2 hours later he calls again to say he forgot to deliver the second part of my gift and I had to interact with him again! A gesture of receiving gifts that was meant to be endearing was totally ruined by incompetence, unprofessionalism and arrogance. I hate Netflorist! Netflorist order number: 107167860

I am so disappointed with net florist service. I ordered an item on the 14th and short item delivery was done on the 15th.
I have made calls regarding the missing item but to date I am receiving empty promises from netflorist staff.

"Please please don’t use this company…"
I have unfortunately used this terrible company 3 times now. The first time they only delivered 1 of the 2 items I ordered and it took weeks of me constantly emailing to get this rectified . The second time the orchids I ordered bore no resemblance to what I had ordered so I returned them and they gave me a credit. The 3rd order, using the credit note plus R56 in cash they only delivered 3 of the 6 items I ordered. Due to the poor quality of the plants that were sent I opted for a refund for the remainder the refund should have been for R590, you guessed it I received R56. I have been trying for almost 3 weeks now to get someone to tell me what’s going on but nobody ever comes back to me . When they think it’s a gift I wonder how many times people don’t get what was ordered, it’s happened to me 3 times now, does make you wonder! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE they literally steal your money. Try Woolworths in the bag a much more reliable option

"Worst ordering experience in my life"
Worst ordering experience in my life! and this coming from someone living in Namibia where service is non-existing. It took me 3 hours of trying to order something online. After which I gave up and contacted my friend in South Africa to do the order for me. She order the exact same thing but somehow paid R117 less than they asked me. Then on 13 February (obviously I ordered something for valentines day), they send a message to the receiver of the gift saying that a "surprise" will be delivered to his place of work tomorrow. knew that, being valentines day, there is a 50% chance they will be too overwhelmed to deliver everything, but now they let the recipient know that something will be arriving and he started looking forward to it. By 4:30 nothing came and I phoned the company to ask what will happen to the gift now that no one will be there to receive it as the office closed at 5. The lady I was talking to did not seem to comprehend what I was saying to her. I tried to tell her to tell the driver to just deliver it the next day, since NO ONE WILL BE THERE TO RECIVE THE PACKAGE. But she just kept saying the driver will deliver it and call the recipient when he is there. By 7:20 that night, while I was talking on Skype to said recipient, my friend send me the email she received saying that the package was delivered and that the recipient singed for it. He phoned his office right away but NO ONE WAS THERE! And of course, when he arrived at his place of work this morning there is no gift to be seen.

"It all went wrong when I decided to…"
It all went wrong when I decided to give Netflorist another shot... That was the biggest mistake I made. The order was supposed to be delivered on 7th Feb 2023. I received an email advising it was out for delivery that morning. I told the recipient that it would be delivered sometime that day and she made arrangements for someone to be home to receive the package. Well.. you guessed it ..nothing arrived!! They told me the driver didn't load the gift?? But your system said differently, so after I insisted on speaking to a manager, I was offered a credit on delivery for my next order, which I promptly turned down... I don't want to order with Netflorist ever again. The manager then said they could add a complimentary bouquet of flowers to the birthday order, to which I agreed. I asked if the orders will arrive together and she said she couldn't guarantee it but they would try and that both orders will definitely be delivered yesterday. When the recipient received the order.she sent me a pick of a bunch of flowers only... No gift!!!
So this time the story was it was a system error... apparently the manager loaded it on the system but it was delivered... yeah right...

"REALLY DISAPOINTED AT HOW A GREAT BUSINESS VENTURE FAILS AGAIN & CANNOT BE CONSISTANT."
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I must year Harold's voice one more time I swear it will lead me on a part of destruction. Tried placing an order on the 24th January, once I check out it says that Harold broke the system... then tried chatting to the bot, not only does the one number not work it leads to the annoying voice mail, alternative number, that is not on the website, you can only get when chatting to the bot, leads to the service team that honestly worst call center agents one can find. Clearly, with my luck, the team was receiving network issues, so everything I would like to add to the basket they do not have stock off. this company needs to be restructured, cleaned up, something needs to change. After speaking to 3 different agents due to calls being dropped, spent the entire morning on calls with them, they then tell me at 12h00 they cannot do the delivery today and I would wait for the next day, I cant use my debit card on a call order only on a online order where "Harold" is breaking the system. I have a credit with netflorist but honestly they can have it I will never ever purchase with them again.

"Disgusted no value for money product is not to the standard"
I have always ordered from you with no problems, but on the 27th of December 2022, I ordered the Bonsai tree in pottery to be delivered on the 28th. The tree arrived as planned, but the recipient mentioned it was shaken up in transit. They thanked me for the order and stated that they will focus on ensuring to see how the tree manages in time it will bloom and try and gain its strength by days.
Three days later, the tree began to lose its leaves; knowing that I paid R600+ for this, I am dissatisfied because this plant has made no progress until today; it may die for all I care.
Dont buy pottery from this company the picture you see on the website to what you get is extremely worst!!!!!!!
