"Satisfied"

I recently ordered a custom mug (the one where you can put your own designs). I was mostly satisfied, the print quality could be a little better, especially considering the price. I had fast delivery which was a plus.

"Delivered to someone else"

I really am not happy to delivery my order to someone else's address and when I contacted them they will find out and get back to me what the hell......

"What a disappointment"

What a disappointment. What was delivered was cheap and not what I ordered. I ordered the Delft Teapot which they substituted for a cheap plain white one. I have emailed repetitively but have been ignored. I will never use NetFlorist again.

"My grandmother passed away and I sent…"

My grandmother passed away and I sent flowers to my mom as I live abroad. The wrong flowers arrived a day late which annoyed me because I took the time to pick the ones I wanted her to have. They were not very apologetic and only delivered the correct bouquet a day later. Very disappointing . It took the joy out of the experience

"NONSENSE SERVICE!"

Nonsense! They will give you the run around and are NOT WILLING to meet you halfway AT ALL. My order went from "on it's way" to "preparing your order" the following day!!!! Meaning, my birthday gift was NOT delivered on the day it was intended.

"Embroidery fail."

I wish there was a no star option.
My partner ordered me a gown from Netflorist with what was supposed to say Boss Mom embroidered on it. What I got instead was Bass Mam.
I lodged a complaint and have received a response saying that is what the font looks like. In which lifetime does an o look like an a.
Totally useless.

"My husband bought me a personalised…"

My husband bought me a personalised morning gown, purple in colour and it literally sheds. I have washed it more than 10 times but the fluff continues to come off and stick on clothes or anything you are wearing. The quality is cheap and poor and i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy the gowns so not worth it.

"What a joke !!"

What a joke !!!
I’ve ordered from Netflorist twice, and both was very very bad experiences
I received a confirmation order email, followed by a payment confirmation email, and then received a email the day before delivery saying that the order is not passable and I will get a refund or voucher (this happend both times) the orders were more than a year apart and I have not even received a refund for the first order (more than a year ago after sending multiple emails)

I ordered a few days ago as it was my mother in law’s birthday and I live far away from her - Big mistake choosing Netflorist for this occasion !

Again, I received a “apology” email stating that the order was not possible to complete and I can get a refund or voucher, I emailed and said that I would like a full refund and I haven’t heard anything back yet, it has been more than 48 hours

I will never trust Netflorist to again
It was suppose toe be a special day for my mother in law and a gift to show her we are thinking about her and wishing her a very special birthday, but Netflorist is a disappointment

Would 100% not recommend !!!!

"poor quality flowers"

I organised flowers to her sent to my sister for her birthday. The flowers that were delivered (12 roses) were of a very poor quality. The stems were black and floppy and the blooms were far from fresh . They were obviously left overs from mothers day in South Africa. They certainly were not the quality I expected for the price and delivery charge I paid. I am in the UK and my sister was embarrassed to tell me of the dreadful quality. Will NOT be using net florist again. I only gave one star at least they delivered to the address but really it should be no stars

"Netflorist is a joke"

I would give this sham of a business a -100 rating if I could. Colossol incompetence from the customer care (joke) to the supervisers. If ordering outside of South Africa....forget about it! You cannot phone their office, each time you use the online chat function, you get the same rehearsed questions despite giving all the evidence multiple times. Totally embarrassed me with the pathetic, HALF DEAD tulips that i ordered for mothers day. I ordered a vase and a bunch of tulips, my mother received 2 and half dead!!! And I was charged R857 for this joke! After multiple attempts to reach a resolution with no response, I demanded a refund. Only to be told that the dead flowers had to be collected first before this would happen. OR....wait for it.....they would offer me a 50% DISCOUNT!!! Yip let me do that...let my mom keep her 2 dead tulips and only pay R430!!!!!!! What a bloody joke. BUT, it gets worse. I receive an email stating that I will be refunded as they had collected the DEAD tulips. Great....went to check my bank account to verify the credit but instead of finding the credit, they helped themselves to another R857! So I was charged R1600 odd for 2 DEAD tulips. You wont believe me if I told you that insult upon insult occurred after this. Seems I am a person trying to rip them off! And all my photos of the online chat complaints, emails etc were not enough evidence to prove a wrong had taken place on their side. When I asked them for details of the order I supposedly ordered the 2nd time and my consent to pay...they were stuck! Fraud comes to mind and which I let them know. Now pay attention to this part. The second debit was a diffetent amount to the first and after me advising that helping themselves to my bank account without my permission was fraud, I was swiftly reimbursed. Great. Now we getting somewhere. But nooooooo, that would be too easy. Upon enquiring when my refund would be paid...I was told there was no record of that transaction in their system. Soooo Netflorist do you make it your business to deliver 2 dead tulips to customers who dont exist?????? Pointless trying to even reason with the superviser because you get a rehearsed answer back. Asking to escalate the matter higher up was flat out ignored! So now...thank God for my Dutch bank....a fraud case has been put in place. I will get my money back, but not because Netflorist has anything to.do with it. INCOMPETENT! There are plenty other florists that would do better than them...I certainly will never use NETFLORIST again.
