"Doughnut Heist from a company"

If there was a minus rating, NetFlorist would win the award. On 6/12/23, I ordered 12 doughnuts for a client on a business account, even selected the 'business' option, to be delivered on Friday, 8/12/23. Did I mention 'Business'? By 16:10 on Friday, they had still not been delivered so I cancelled the order, to be delivered on Monday. Nay, nay. Who cares about the client? Delivery still took place at 16:50 on a Friday at a company when the entire team had gone home. I quote the lame excuse, "personalization of the box the machine was faulty and had to be fixed so the delay was caused by the printing". What the actual? Another box? A phone call? An email at the very least? Absolutely nothing!!! Since then, despite numerous emails backwards and forwards, they have now, on Saturday morning when the company is closed, offered to COLLECT THE 12 DOUGHNUTS FROM THE CLIENTS' OFFICES. This is ridiculous on too many levels to even mention. What I had hoped to be a nice silly season gesture for my client, has now left my company looking like utter fools unable to organise a p*ss-up in a brewery. I've never used Netflorist before, and trust me, I will absolutely never do it again!

I bought my sister flowers for her birthday and they delivered for R699 a bunch that looked like the delivery guy bought it at checkers! She could have ordered it from sixty-60 and it would have been better quality! the delivery charges is high and the card didnt say who it was from . There are much better value out there dont waste your money. The contact number also just ring and nobody answers the call

"R799 for what looks like a store bought bouquet"

I paid R799 plus a delivery fee to have a medium bouquet of flowers delivered to my sister-in-law who just lost her mum. I have been told that R799 gets me 12 roses. What the picture looks like on line is definitely NOT what she received. There were only 10 roses in the bunch and it really looked like a supermarket bought bouquet of flowers. I could have bought her a whole bunch more for R799 if I just asked a friend to do that for me. They didn't even say who the flowers were from but my brother knew it was from me as I told him to expect it. I don't believe in buying from these services anymore as its a rip off to say the least. I have been a long time customer, been disappointed a couple of times, but this was the final straw. No more NetFlorist.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of my flowers. I have sent a WhatsApp, email and called showing pictures of the terrible flower arrangements I received. The flowers that was delivered looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. What a waste of money and my time.

No value for money, they should call apon delivery but they don't and had me wandering around trying to find my package.

If your order gets delivered then it will be great, however I ordered 2 gifts to be sent as birthday surprises - the one arrived and the other one did not. Netflorist sent me an email on the day the balloons were meant to be received - to say they are sorry but won't be able to supply them and offered me a credit! What use is a Netflorist credit on the day when it's too late to send anything else? I wouldn't recommend using them. I gave them 2 stars only because the flowers arrived on time and were acceptable.

In my opinion, never sign up with Netflorist. They will spam you daily via email, no matter how many times you unsubscribe or ask them to desist! I will never buy from them again, and neither will any of my friends, work colleagues and family after they have seen my experience.
