"Extremely disappointed"
Honestly I’ve never been so disappointed in service. My family and I have been customers for over ten years.
A friend of ours lost her dad this week ( he was also a friend of ours ) and I ordered flowers and a teddy bear, since for many years teddy bears have had a sentimental value to us.
We live on the other side of the world and wanted to send something special as we could not be there and haven’t seen them since 2014.
The delivery arrived with only half the order at the end of the day. The flowers had to be delivered to someone else and then transported to the recipient, therefore waiting for the other half of the order was ridiculous during a time when they are in the middle of planning a funeral for their loved one.
The teddy bear was delivered the next day after I had to complain about the inconvenience, once again at the end of the day which required a full day of them waiting around for the delivery.
I requested a full refund since the recipient received practically two day old flowers due to waiting for the error to be corrected, so I paid full price for the recipient to have flowers that will wilt sooner.
I then get told they are unable to issue a refund unless the old flowers are collected which would result in making a family wait another day for a delivery and drive to not only collect the old flowers , but they would have to then deliver the new flowers to who they were purchased for.
If losing an entire family of customers who have been loyal customers for over a decade doesn’t matter to a company and you can’t simply refund money for the unnecessary frustration during a devastating time then that’s not a company I want to purchase from again.
If I spend over R1,000 I expect the order to be fulfilled correctly the first time.

"Poor value for money"
Very poorly designed website, not very user friendly especially as I am ordering from another country. The images do not reflect what is delivered! Bad customer service and all-round poor value for money! If I lived in South Africa, there is NO way I would use or recommend NETFLORIST!

"NETFLORIST is Really not reliable with Delivery"
I'm very angry I made my order to be delivered today. It's our anniversary and they even WhatsApp me They are exited to deliver to me. Just to see they changed my date on my order now they want to deliver it 2nd October WTH????? It was supposed to be delivered today???

"Terrible"
Terrible. I ordered 2 wedding gifts and chose Friday, 22 September 2023 for delivery. Didn't receive anything on Friday. Phoned on Saturday and the lady said they will only deliver next week Wednesday. I didn't receive any communication saying that there was a delay. We had to purchase another wedding gift (since the wedding was on Sunday). Not happy at all.

"Terrible service"
Terrible service. My order was placed yesterday before lunch for same day delivery. I called today before lunch only to find out that the delivery hasn't even been dispatched. I reiterated delivery has to be before 4PM. My gift will be delivered a full 48 hours after our anniversary!!! This puts me in the doghouse for some time coming. Pity, I ordered from Netflorist for the past two months and they mess up the third delivery. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I spent 900rand on flowers to be delivered to my cousin that never arrived, no updates and no contact made to my cousin for delivery! I demand a refund

"Not even worth one star"
Not even worth one star. Very disappointing service. My husband sent flowers as a romantic gesture. On day of delivery I received a message stating that they will deliver that day (it was meant to be a surprise 🙄)
I realized that I was not going to be at my office that afternoon and decided to choose the option of “change of address “ which was on the Whattsapp NetFlorist sent me. They then messaged and said that they cannot change the delivery address and the only option is to cancel without being refunded!!!! No one asked when will be convenient for me or even tried to help me. They just responded with cold a message. This should have been a beautiful act of love from my husband. I would not recommend NetFlorist

"Do not trust Netflorist time frame!!!"
Just want to tell everyone that I am so disappointed with the service of Netflorist!! Ordered a personalized gift for a friends 50th birthday party. Netflorist would have delivered the day before the party - but then they called only to tell me sorry- they could not deliver, but promised me to deliver the following day, they would make it priority to deliver before I leave for the party- but when I phoned before leaving my parcel was still at their depot!! I am still waiting!! So do not trust their time frame they give you online!!!! Very disappointed- will not make use of them again!!!!!

"They don’t deliver as promised"
I placed an order this morning for items to be delivered before 16h00, they are 3,5 hours late and will probably NOT deliver today on my brother’s birthday. Interestingly, each item you add to the order incurs its own delivery charge, so I ended up paying R124,95 for delivery. Last time I sent flowers to a friend who’d been in an accident, they delivered at 22h00 that night - which is so unprofessional, but I assumed it was a once off occurrence.Clearly that’s not the case. They cannot be relied upon, steer clear of using Netflorist.co.za

"I have now totally missed my sister's…"
I have now totally missed my sister's birthday because Netflorist has failed to deliver. So disappointing. Will not use them again
