"First time customer"

As a first time customer I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.
Ordered a bunch of roses on the 21st April, paid for a same day service only for the order not to be delivered.
Pathetic as no ‘real time’ order values are being displayed or adhered too.
I called twice to follow up on delivery and was told it will be delivered.
Trading hours for today Saturday 22nd April is 8-12 but I could only get through after 9! Requested for a refund and was told it will take 1-3 working days.. the audacity to even ask if I want a refund to my netflorist account! No thank you. MD Ryan, is so quick to send discount coupons but instead he should focus on his business level of service. Not worth the money and time to only receive a service that is disappointing and can ruin your special day.

"The worst service provider/delivery service"

Order Number 107243966 I have never been so disgusted with service as I have been with Netflorist they mislead entirely the public to top it all off they don't do refunds until they have collected their substandard/poor standard items. After having to wait an entire day the items have still not been collected and honestly, I'm tired of ......... I'm sorry line either close your business or get better service providers .........

"Disgusting and Appalling Service"

I ordered flowers for my mother's 75th birthday in advance. My order was confirmed for delivery on 16 April, however she didn't receive it! The "Track Order" option was last updated on 14 April. They RUINED my mother's birthday and my day! I will NEVER use them again!
Also never ever sign up for their emails, because if you try to unsubscribe, it never works and the emails continue!

I am disgusted by this service, you don't get what you pay for! Simply put, they don't respect you as a customer. STAY AWAY FROM NETFLORIST!

"First time "new" customer."

First time "new" customer.. I do not even want to rate one but zero. Paid and ordered online a LARGE flower bunch delivery of R800 on 7 Apr 23 and Midrand arranged delivery of a R120 normal Pick n' Pay small bunsh on 10/4/2023. Order no 107232650

This was not as a gift but to myself as I had to do my own large flower arrangement for my dear mom's funeral held yesterday 11 Apr 2023.

Please look at the email and whatsapp I've sent to MD Ryan upon his mail re my order and how happy they are to make their customers happy. I strongly suggest that you work lesser on the "order system processes" and rather improve your communication and customer support and note your customers requests and show some empathy and urgency for the cause of all orders for funerals. Netflorist seriously lack customer communication and lack resolving disputes for collection of wrong orders and replacing it timeously!

I stil await my full refund as per communication sent to you as I will definately not pay a cent towards the delivery and then collection of the incorrect flowers. Your person that messed up my order in your Midrand hub can pay your drivers. Your lady that delivered the small bunsh on Monday afternoon even told me when I complaint that another lady previously paid R1500 and she also got a small bunch and complaint.... seems like normal customer service.

"Doesn't respect the customer's privacy/Keeps spamming"

I ordered with them once many years ago. Ever since, I have asked them for years to stop sending me their newsletters. No matter how many times I click on the Unsubscribe link on the bottom of their newsletters, or how many times I send them an e-mail, asking them to remove me from their mailing list, I keep getting their unsolicited advertising. Their statement "We take your privacy extremely seriously" at the bottom of their newsletter is an outright lie.

"Personalized doormat Netflorist"

I ordered a personalized doormat on the 22nd March and received it on the 24th March! Speedy delivery, the gift was beautifully wrapped and of really good quality and exactly what I ordered and they were extremely helpful when I called and messaged them to check that everything was in order for delivery. I was extremely concerned reading through some really bad reviews (only after I had already ordered from Netflorist) but I had such a pleasent experience and will definitely recommend them - for doormats at least!

"Netflorist one of the worst companies…"

This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a flower delivery to Nature's Valley in South Africa and they sent me an order confirmation. Several days later they sent an email saying they didn't deliver flowers there so I could get a refund or order something else. I asked for a refund. I then ordered flowers through a different website and had the same experience before realising it was a different website for the same company. In spite of now sending five emails, and trying to phone them (the number is not valid) I've had no response and no refund for either order. It is absolutely terrible -do not order from them.

"Rotten Roses"

A friend ordered a bunch of 36 white Roses for me from abroad and the communication was excellent - they arrived and were lovely - 3 days later they were brown and never opened - just dreadful, all heads closed drooped and rotting -I contacted -Net Florist with photos of the closed rotten roses who said I should have reported this within 48 hours - which is ridiculous as They would not have opened by then . Next time Woolies Dash is the way to go when ordering roses for anyone .

"Funny enough before i placed an order I…"

Funny enough before i placed an order I called and asked them if it is possible to deliver on specific time and the staff told me it is possible, Delivery date and time they were no where to be found. They put profit before service. Wanted to put a smile on wife's face.
