I’ve used Netflorist before and all was fine but the flowers I ordered for delivery on Christmas Eve were delivered on the 28th. I understand delays are possible but the driver arrived on the 24th, made my elderly mom come all the way out her flat in a retirement centre, out the building and out the security gate just to tell her that although a delivery was scheduled for her, she didn’t have the flowers!! That is not acceptable and I asked for an explanation. The email I received in response said the flowers were delivered … and marked the query as resolved!! So I will not be using Netflorist again.

So disappointed, I placed an order on the 29/11/22 for a hamper to be delivered on the 24/12/22 so almost a month ahead. Got a email on the 24/12/22 saying they out of stock! I sent a email asking for a delivery of any replacement and got no replay. Being Christmas Eve it was too late to arrange a something from elsewhere. This has spoiled our Christmas. Wish I could give no stars

Transaction was simple and efficient and the delivery carried out exactly as requests. I continue to use this service while in Australia because I cannot afford local scams or mess ups, which are all too frequent these days. A highly reliable and trustworthy service.

"Netflorist did not deliver on the day…"
Netflorist did not deliver on the day and sent a message saying the gift was out for delivery very late that day - a day later, it is still not delivered (it was a birthday gift). I wrote a polite note of enquiry/complaint and the response (a day later) said they had tried to deliver and phoned me and the recipient. There is no evidence in my phone that they tried contacting me. I know it is a very busy period - they should put on their website (others do) that in hectic periods delivery times can't be guaranteed. I am upset and feel that I have wasted my money.

I have used Netflorist for a number of years and I have always been super impressed with their service - they always do what they say they are going to do. I left it a bit late to send my elderly mother some Christmas flowers but ordered them online at 0645 this morning and they were delivered in Fish Hoek before lunch today. Fantastic! Thank you!
