My daughter bought me a personalised winter gown for Mother's Day, unfortunately Netflorist had my name embroidered on a Male's gown and sent it through, the entire fit of the gown is wrong, the gown itself is of poor quality fabric and is made to fit a man with broad shoulders and belly, the belt loops and pockets are sitting way below my bum.. From the pricelist i see the gown is quite expensive:-( HOW DOES NETFLORIST PLAN TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE..

"I will NEVER order from this horrible…"
I will NEVER order from this horrible site again. Ordered mothersday gifts to be delivered the day before to ensure it is on time. Order goes through payment made etc. On the delivery day it says on the website the items have been delivered. However they weren't. Netflorist sends a measly email saying the item is out of stock. SO unprofessional! This after it has been paid for, ordered and marked as delivered. Leaving us to scramble to make other arrangements. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I will never refer any one to make use of their services.

I have had 2 deliveries this year and both arrangements were disappointing and poor quality. Receiving flowers from loved ones is a celebration but falls flat with the lack of care taken by Netflorist. Despite my appreciation for my families thoughtfulness I have urged them not to support Netflorist in the future, expensive rubbish.

If I could give zero stars I would . Parcel arrived , there are suppose to be 6 roses and there was on 1 rose , 5 roses were broken and my card was bent. A mother's day gift that was suppose to be a good surprise is ruined ? I didn't pay for this nonsense

Will never use Netflorist again. My account was debited with the wrong amount. Have been promised a refund almost a month ago and i am still waiting.

Firstly I saw the reviews then I thought no maybe let me give them a chance and see how it goes, I placed an order for my mothers birthday on the 4th of May wanting to make it a surprise for her at work, they only delivered once the company was closed and said they would deliver the next day, changed the adress, then the next day they deliver one gift and said the other gift is late am they would deliver it only on Monday because they don’t deliver on Sundays, very very late for someone’s birthday and took the surprise out of everything because I had to ask her to stay behind at work to receive the gift only for them to deliver well after hours, the driver wasn’t at all professional either, poor poor poor service for your prices

Zero stars. Too many issues. Wrong dates, items not being delivered and then refunded, late deliveries. They even once forgot to deliver my order. Every.single.time there is an issue... no jokes. Complaints to them don't solve the recurring issues. Really bad.

They don't deserve any stars!! I placed a personalized order to be delivered on the 13th. On the 12th I received ONE phone call from Netflorist, which I couldn't answer at that time because I was busy with my sick baby. On the 13th I noticed on the tracking that my order haven't even been processed although it is supposed to be delivered on the 13th. I sent netflorist an email to ask what is going on, only to hear that the personalizing departement doesn't have the photo that needs to go on the travel mug, evethough it was uploaded when the order was placed. They phone me ONCE reagrding this without answer. Nobody tried to phone or contact me again to make sure my order goes out on time. I sent them the image again and requested the delivery before 12:00 the next day, this couldn't be confirmed, so I requested a refund as it was friday the 14th and the person won't be available after 12:00. Needless to say, I am Still waiting for my refund since the 14th. It was supposed to take 3-5days
