"Disappointing service"

Ordered a surprise to be delivered on a friend’s birthday, scheduled it as such. I get a mail from Netflorist to say that the order is out for delivery the day before.

I contacted customer care to say that the order cannot be delivered the day before and their response was that due to the large number of orders, they have to start delivery earlier to make sure everything is delivered. How embarrassing for me.

If you aren’t able to deliver a service, please don’t offer it.

Does not deliver on date as requested when order placed. No follow up or feedback on failure to deliver yet payment has gone through. Overrated florist. Service is pathetic.

Disgusting service, it seems no one in the organisation knows what they are doing or how to track a parcel. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Poor poor poor.

"The most embarrassing experience ever"

The most embarrassing experience ever. I ordered a water bottle for ny MARRIED friend, and I am MARRIED TOO, and he received an I Love You teddy bear and a nougat. He is diabetic too. After this embarrassment I will never ever make use of your service again. And I will make sure that everyone knows what can happen to them, and not to trust your service!!!!!

These guys cannot manage a mailing list to save their lives. Whoever is in charge of your tech/marketing should be absolutely ASHAMED.

"Absolutely terrible service"

Absolutely terrible value for money and awful customer service! You can’t deliver 12 roses the whole day! Delivery was about by 12pm and now it’s 17:30pm! What a terrible experience! I will never again!!!

"Such a scam of a place"

Such a scam of a place. Ordered a picnic basket only to receive a damaged basket.
I emailed Netflorist over 25times and their agents were of no help. Kept asking me to send pics which I done on 5 occasions to different agents and then I get emails saying my query has been resolved which is not the case. Then suddenly my email bounces and I get a delivery not sent notification. The worst service I have received. Their website is misleading, their after service is the worst and their products are not wrapped or sealed securely which resulted in my items package being broken when I received it with the whole front part of my basket being damaged.

Will never recommend or buy from them again. Why should I be fighting and chasing after their services. If there was a rating for worst or extremely bad I would rate that as not even a 2 rating do they deserve. For over 17days I have been going back and forth.

"Netflorist is the pits"

Netflorist is the pits, why say you can deliver when you cannot.I called the call center they have no control whatsoever not even a plan for undeliverd gifts to be sent early with an apology atleast. It was suppose to be delivered yesterday and no one made sure its on the 7 am drivers list so it might not even be delivered today And they knocked off at 12:00 so i cant follow up with anyone. To think this is the second time and i actually thought the first time was a mistake but obviously it is a poor process in place.😔

Absolutely terrible value for money and awful customer service. I ordered what looked like a beautiful arrangement for a sympathy / condolence gift and what was sent was a bunch of leaves, 4 or 5 little tiny white sprouts and twigs. it was something I could put together in 5 mins from any garden! when I received a picture from my mourning family member to say thank you I was so shocked and embarrassed by this stingy arrangement, I had to apologise and complain straight away. I was then told that the 48 hour window to complain had lapsed. what nonsense! if a person is mourning, they firstly are not going to complain about the gift they received as it would seem ungrateful and they do not prioritise mentioning the terrible arrangement while mourning a loved one! totally waste of money, total thieves!

"GOOD AT TAKING MONEY CAN'T ASSEMBLE 10 ROSES IN TWO DAYS. FCK U."

It's 18h30 and they haven't delivered my parcel for my birthday!! I asked them to cancel at 14h00 since they hadn't even started putting it together that RUDE call centre lady said I signed up to receive it at 20h00 and I should have ordered earlier. Nowhere is it written on the invoice that they deliver late. The driver who delivered another parcel said its unlikely I'll get it today. YOU'RE A PIECE OF SH**T NETFLORIST. I'm never waisting a cent on your backwards service. Don't take people's money if. You can't deliver during office hours. CAN'T PUT TOGETHER 19 FCKN ROSE'S TOGETHER IN 24 HOURS?! YOU'RE GARBAGE!!!
