"Regrettable first time shopper experience"
Ordered a specific part b/c it showed as available. Part arrived, I quickly opened it only to realize that they sent another comparable part.
After contacting C/S as soon as the part arrived, they informed me the original part ordered was discontinued and they shipped the new replacement.
Tried to explain the issue and request a refund, they immediately declined a refund b/c the part bag was opened. Not a great first time experience.

I had an order to be delivered at my business and they tried to send it to my home address but didn't have my full address so it got returned to sender. I was told I needed to repurchase the item since the first order was cancelled. I did I got those parts and 2 weeks later I get the original parts from the first order. I ask for a refund and shipping label to return the part. The supervisor threatened to deny my request for return because I asked for a full refund since this was their mess. He was dismissive and has since been rejecting the shipping label request. This all started end of November and has yet to be resolved. I've called multiple times, emailed, chatted, etc. No one ever gets back to you. And the highest manager/supervisor was the worst to speak to out of all of them. First and last order ever, this has been a nightmare.

"Ordered parts for my Tahoe and received…"
Ordered parts for my Tahoe and received the wrong parts that were for a Dodge. Worse customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Canceled my original order and it took forever for them to send me the shipping label to send back the wrong parts they sent me. I will never do business here again. Just know this...If they send you the wrong parts it will take you 7-10 days to get your money back. Nightmare...You have to take pictures of the wrong parts and send it to them before they send you a return label. Crazy!!

I made a multiple item purchase it was split shipment received half of it and other half is missing in action I was charged over 80 dollars to ship it they do not give you a option on how you want it shipped everything is shipped usps ground shipping what I ordered is definitely not 80 dollars to ship most items were small and light weight . I called them customer service service was awful and rude. I will never purchase from them again I placed order on 1/8 now it’s 1/18 still no items

GM Parts giant are some real scum bags!!! They list parts on their website that are shown to be available. Before ordering, I called to verify that the part was in stock, I was told that it was, so I ordered the part and I waited, and waited, and waited..... I called and I was told that the part is discontinued and was not available. I already knew it was a discontinued part which is the reason I called to verify that they had it! I never received a phone call to advise me that my order was cancelled, not even an apology!!! GMPARTSGIANT.COM SUCKS AND SO DOES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

"MY EXPERIENCE ON WRONG PART SENT"
STARTED:10-28-2024.... COMPLETED: 12-28
1. ORDERED THE PART FROM THEIR WEB SITE WITH THE CORRECT AUTO MODEL AND YEAR.
2. THE PICTURES OF THE PART DID NOT MATCH THE PART SENT.
3. WRONG PART ARRIVE I CALLED CUST SERVICE FOR RETURN " AUTHORIZATION".
4. THE PARTS CAN COME FROM MANY DEALERS THROUGHOUT THE USA NOT GM (YOU CAN'T CALL THE DEALER DIRECT FOR ISSUES).
5.TOOK DAYS ON PHONE TO CONVINCE THEM AN ERROR ON THEIR SIDE (WRONG PART PICTURE).
6. HAD TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE PART SENDING BACK, INVOICE, AND BOX OF PART (THEY MAKE IT HARD FOR YOU TO RETURN ANYTHING).
7. THEY NEVER E-MAILED ME ON THE RESULTS WHEN THE PART WAS RETURNED.
8. MORE THAN 3 WEEKS WENT BY I CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT THE DISCISION.
9. AFTER BEING FIRM AND FAIR, THEY DID FINALLY REFUND MY MONEY.
10. REORDERED PART AND IT WAS DELIVERED CORRECTLY.
11 CONCULSION...RESOLVED AFTER 2 MONTHS....ITS DIFFICULT TO GET REFUNDS, LOTS OF FINE PRINT, THE MONEY TRANSACTION IS FROM ONE PLACE THE PARTS COME FROM ANOTHER.
12. ADVICE....CALL AND TALK TO A PERSON FOR PROPER PART VERIFICATION... DON'T RELY ON THE PICTURES ON THE WEB SITE EVEN IF YOU'RE TOLD THE PART FITS.....READ ALL THE FINE PRINT....SHIPPING THEY CHARGE IS HIGH.

If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would, they don't mail to any address unless you pay with Paypal, I tried to mail to a legit mechanic shop and they told me they don't mail parts there, I can get Fedex, UPS and USPS but not these guys, I called customer service and they said they can't help me I just have to reorder online, absolute garbage customer service, I would save yourself the time, energy and money and avoid this company.
