My mother passed away suddenly at the hospital and I wanted to find something to put next to her casket. I found Funeral Prints and read the reviews. They did not disappoint. We needed it quick and it was here within 2 days. Thank you so much for the quick turnaround. The poster board looked great, really captured how beautiful my mom was.

I received the wrong order initially. I was not impressed with the response I got when I called regarding the mix-up. I understand mistakes happen, but there was no regard as to what to do with the incorrect order. Am I supposed to just toss these out? It did not seem very professional to just say we'll make a new order and then rush me off the phone.

Very intuitive web site to design your Memorial Card. The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't see the whole card while I was designing it.

I'm so very disappointed with the funeral poster. It arrived a day later than expected, which was no big deal. However, it arrived damaged. Being that it arrived Thursday night and was needed for the memorial service on Saturday, there was nothing I could do. The poster had a crease through the middle from top to bottom, another crease breaking from the vertical one half way down and shooting across to the right edge, and a third set of creases on the bottom left. I reached out to customer service, explaining the defects and providing pictures. They responded that they were sorry the poster was damaged in transit and asked for pictures of the shipping box, which I provided. This poster was not damaged in shipping. The box had no evidence of bending, folding, creasing, etc. This poster was poorly developed and shipped to me with these defects. Yet, this company continues to place blame on the shipping provider. Part of their response reads: "...we would never intentionally damage them. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. It seems the delivery driver in your area does not handle the items with as much care as they should." They should be embarrassed to have such an irresponsible and unethical business practice, but it is convenient to allow for not taking responsibility. They have refunded me $34.19 of the original $113.99. A shame to experience this while mourning and honoring the life of a loved one. Had this been rectified fairly and responsibly, I would recommend because the poster could have been beautiful. However, since this company chose to place blame on others and not stand behind their products I cannot recommend them with any confidence.
