"Not as easy as it looks"

Not as easy as it looks. I was going to use another printing website to make the foam core posters, but really liked the templates on this website. They get an A for those. When it comes time to upload photos and get to work, what should be easy is cumbersome, slow and not intuitive. Areas where photos go are not numbered on the template and it is easy to put the wrong photo in the wrong place. You can’t drag and drop and have to reload photos and it’s not a quick process. Also, editing is very limited with their website. Edit first and then only plan on having limited capabilities to fit pics into the boxes. Process gets a C. Honestly, the templates are the only reason I used them. The cost was twice what you can get at a nationwide printing chain. They do get an A for speedy shipping though. But you could get this for free at a local place….so there’s that. The posters do look good, but it would be nice if you had the option to have your work proofed and got feedback before printing, as some places do with Christmas cards. I had a couple of photos that came out dark and I wasn’t able to tell from my laptop. I could have edited had I known.
They capitalize on the fact that you’re probably so grief stricken that you’ll pay for the ease. Well, I did and it’s not that easy. 🫤

I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 5 days to arrive. I ordered on Feb. 26th the posters did not arrive until March 3rd. The funeral was on the 4th. If it was scheduled for the 1st or the 3rd they would not arrived on time. I expected a better turn around for the amount of money I paid. You should not advertise fast delivery if that is not what you do.

I ordered a collage poster for my sister’s funeral. I inadvertently put the wrong birthdate on it. I immediately called. The person I talked to said let me check to see if we have printed yet. She said they had not printed yet and sent me email to submit my changes. I approved of the changes which had the correct birthdate. I paid for overnight shipping. When I received the collage .. it had the wrong birthdate. I emailed of course when I saw the error. Some one responded asking me about the service time on Saturday . I told them .. then it was crickets … no apology no refund no nothing. I was very disappointed.

It was such a pleasure dealing with the 2 customer service reps from funeral prints.com. I regret I don't have the two ladies' names handy. They were super patient with me, and the design team that fixed my loved one's photo, as well as any text/sizing corrections needed. Advised to simply submit and call immediately after with order number for any corrections needed. A very welcome relief during a stressful time. And the quality of the memorial cards was outstanding. Not flimsy at all. I strongly recommend funeralprints.com to anyone in need of such services.
