Told me order would be there by Friday, then I called to verify this on Thursday. Told I had to pay additional 15.00 in order to get by Friday..my mom’s service was Saturday morning. Never received print, I called Friday night. Was told it would not arrive till Tuesday. They apparently got the dates wrong. Asking now for a full refund including all shipping
