Was very easy to make the funeral card and select overnight delivery. Due to UPS delays (attributed to "severe weather"), the prints did not arrive the next day, nor the day after that, nor three days later. Did not arrive in time for the funeral, so Funeral Prints graciously refunded me the entire purchase.

Not good! WHY is the script so small? It's nearly unreadable. There is so much empty white space all over the card that it looks cheap! On another note, you should list the shipping prices at the beginning of the order. Not the last thing the customer sees after they have struggled through the order process. Why do you advertise shipping by UPS when the order came FedEx? A very disappointing experience.
