"Quality without Execution is pointless"

Quality of the product was great. Quality doesn’t matter if you can’t deliver. Given the industry you’re in my experience was awful and I would never recommend you considering my materials were not delivered on time and you still send the wrong ones.

I honestly can’t say enough good about this company! My brother passed away over the holidays, and I had to rush order a canvas print. When it arrived, it was bent. Even tho it was bent during the shipping process and was the fault of UPS and not FP, they still overnighted a new one for free. Then UPS rescheduled the new delivery, meaning it wouldn’t arrive in time before I needed to leave town for the funeral, so they overnighted a third one to an address near where the funeral was being held. This all happened over two holidays (Xmas and NYE). A huge and most heartfelt thank you to Leah- whose customer service is top notch! Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond in someone’s time of need and desperation makes Funeral Prints one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with!
