Products arrived too late for the funeral of our loved one. When they did arrive the poster board was bent and unusable. The picture on the prayer cards was faded. Thank goodness the representative was kind enough to send me the file so that I could print everything at Staples who did a phenomenal job. Funeral Prints did reimburse my full payment which I appreciate but I would have preferred that this situation had not happened.
