Crosby were outstanding from start to finish. Their Luxaflex pricing was the best I found anywhere, but unlike other online retailers their customer service was exceptional. They were very helpful in placing a large order, and when there was a manufacturing issue outside their control they were extremely helpful and efficient at resolving it at no extra cost to me.
