Una pena no haberme informado antes de lo que es The Box, una empresa estafadora. Culpa mía. En fin reembolso de 78 e. y lo que venía no sé ni lo que es ni para qué sirve jjjj. En fin.

Estafa total. Me fie xk me enviaron el paquete a contra rembolso ( paquete ) de 40e más 24e x mas probabilidad de productos caros en el cual me llegó sólo un altavoz de 8e en Amazon

On 12/1/25 I purchased two tickets for Titanique ref T011225371394.

At no point during the booking process did their site indicate that the tickets in question were restricted view so when the booking receipt came through stating that the seats were restricted view I immediately contacted box office for a refund.

Box office allocated the case to someone called Samantha who was initially very helpful saying that I needed to activate my insurance protection and that once I had done so to let her know and she would cancel the resulting credit note and process a full refund.

Although I was happy with that scenario in the event since activating the insurance and emailing Samantha the company has simply ignored me.


Really poor customer service and clearly a misleading web order screen flow - T&C’s might say no cash refund but I do expect the actual sale to reflect what is shown as being on offer ie unrestricted view seats.


Clearly Samantha recognised the flaw in deciding to process a full refund but- just a shame she did not honour that commitment

Una estafa, envían un producto valorado en 8 o 10 euros, y te ofrecen el reembolso si les das tu número de cuenta y foto tuya con el dni delante de la cara ¡OJO ESO ES UN CHEQUE EN BLANCO AL PORTADOR!
Como ya leí por aquí, les propongo hacer pedidos masivos y luego no aceptar el reembolso.

"Misleading plan subscriptions and abysmal customer service"

I really wish I'd read the reviews on Trustpilot before signing up for a subscription with these scoundrels. They are willfully misleading about how their subscriptions work, but once you've bought a subscription you're out of luck. You can't cancel and they have absolutely the WORST customer service imaginable. It took me days to figure out how to submit a ticket and then the nightmare began...they are now holding my data hostage because I refuse to pay the exorbitant fee for our very small company's BOX subscription. To add insult to injury, it turns out that Box doesn't actually sync everything to your local drive, holding some files in the cloud for inexplicable reasons--well, actually it's not inexplicable, because what they do is hold your data hostage if you have a conflict with them. BUYER BEWARE: If you backup your data from BOX, make sure that everything is actually ON YOUR LOCAL DRIVE before backing it up. One of the most despicable companies I have dealt with in a very long time...

HUGE Scam through subscriptions. Worst customer service. Cancelled subscription through their website, but they are now saying it was never cancelled and I owe $500+ for an app that is horrible and has never worked properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

"Publicidad Engañosa sin derecho a devolucion"

Para poder hacer la devolución me han mandado una especie de test que es imposible recuperar todos los datos que piden, doy por perdidos los 60€, pero me parece una verdadera vergüenza que utilicen publicidad engañosa ó la mala información para robarnos, la publicidad está sobrevalorada, y ésto es algo que lo corrobora, me habian prometido que la box vendria con algo de electrónica, bien sea un móvil, tablet o algo parecido y que por pagar un poco más vendría otro paquete dentro, un uno más uno como esta ellos lo llaman, y tan sólo venia un mini altavoz de tienda china de 5€
