Es una gran estafa, he recibido unos auriculares de 13€ y un altavoz de 16 suman 29€ y he pagado 57€, es una ESTAFA que Amazon debería responder por ello porque ellos promocionan estas cajas a nombre de Amazon. Es una decepción a gran escala. Esto es un robo y nosotros que seguimos confiando y creyendo en las ofertas engañosas. Que Dios se los multiplique

"Auto-renews billing without consent, Cannot cancel account"
UPDATE 11.2.25: I so wish I could add attachments to my review as evidence (which I do have). It would prove this company is a scam, by their own admission.
They came back to me yesterday saying 'correct, there is no auto-renew feature that YOU can turn off. Only we can do that - because it is not visible to customers.'
What the hell! Only this company can control the auto-renew payment???? That's as dodgy as it comes.
Then they promised me they would escalate to management and ask for a "special favour" to get me my refund for the current term I was fraudulently deducted. "No promises" management would agree to it, but they would "try on my behalf". On this, I sent them back a blunt email pointing out I have now escalated their scam to my bank, consumer protection, Choice Magazine, and ACCC, and sent those authorities screenshot evidence of my experience with their website, along with the link to the 500+ negative reviews on here about their scam billing practices.
NOT SURPRISINGLY, this morning I wake up to an email from Box.com saying 'lucky you - management has agreed to your refund and it has now been processed, AND, I have now canceled the account on your behalf'.
People - that this company controls auto-renew payments (not the customer), and the customer cannot cancel the account (only this company can), is a scam.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

It set my account to auto-renew without my consent. When I requested a refund it, it sent me a back a T&Cs saying I needed to alert them min. 3 days before the renewal date, otherwise I'm locked in for the full next term (another year) - no refund due to their T&Cs.
In their reply, they say they have 'done me a favour' and set my account to deactivate on 5 February 2026 so I won't be charged in an auto-renewal for another term.
>> To avoid further charges, here's what I did, I set your account to deactivate at the end of your term, February 5, 2026. Rest assured that no further charges will be incurred after that. Please remove any content you wish to keep as your files will be deleted.
So I logged in today to check my account settings to verify this 'cancellation' and there's NOTHING on the account page that shows me the account has been set to deactivate on 5 February 2026. In fact, there's NO LINK and NO POSSIBILITY to even turn OFF auto-renew. The option simply does not exist - ANYWHERE.
The only option available is to cancel the account - so I did that today -- only for it to tell me
>> 'There was an error cancelling your account. Please try again later'.
What the hell??????? It's 2025 people - how are companies still legitimately allowed to be in business with over 500 one-star ratings, almost exclusively about scamming/ dodgy billing practices from THIS COMPANY.
I did NOT auto-renew my account! I'm on the hook for AUD$168 for a shit product.
And now I can't even cancel my account!
This is a dodgy as shit company. It needs to be shut down.

Whilst a relatively good system, their customer service is woeful and their subscription a complete scam. If you pay in advance for a year any other company would treat you better than monthly subscription. Yet these clowns don’t.
Try to increase your seats and they will fall all over themselves to do so - charging you a proportionate balance of the residual term. Fair enough.
Yet try to reduce the number of seats and they quote contractual terms and say no refund possible.

Son una estafa pague 57 euros con un producto premium y me vinieron unos auriculares que cuestan 6 euros y un altavoz que cuesta 12 euros. No compréis aquí es un robo lo que venden de un iPhone 16 y más cosas por precio superior.
