"Avoid at all costs!"

I need secure file transfer and have been sent Box links for this purpose. The system is impossible to get past the 2-factor authentication and as a consequence has been unusable despite a huge amount of wasted time attempting to resolve. Box customer service is abysmal. I would recommend any company considering Box to steer well clear of it. Fully justifies the 1.1 Trustpilot score

Deveríamos comprar en masa a esta gentuza y devolver en masa. Así, al menos, tendrían que invertir en portes de ida y vuelta.

The spain box filial de Amazon con productos electrónicos caros devueltos y de gama alta , es un engaño, esta mañana recibí la caja pensé que habría productos y me encuentro unos airpods y un amplificador de móvil. Era poco , de 37 a 43 € por los gastos de envio . Se supone que la caja estaría a rebosar de productos, nunca más,. Todo muy bonito en la web pero es engañoso y un timo s toda regla , no compráis estos chollos no existen demasiado bonito para ser verdad

Want to share a document so that other editors can also upload and modify?

Sure, create a share, select 'as editor' in the drop down menu.. and.. below, the only choice is download only. So the interface contradicts itself?

So again, after half an hour fighting with this joke, I am giving up, my colleagues receive an email to 'collaborate' which goes to the same page saying they need to login again, which is what we are trying to avoid in the first place.

Shared by link? sure, same thing, you cannot upload anything, only download, even if set as editor.

The interface is also horrible, icons hidden in corners, multiple ways to share the same document but with different results depending which share button you use.

THIS IS COMPLETE GARBAGE. Never works, and on top of it IT disable the app if you don't use it for a few weeks, probably to avoid paying an overpriced license (anything more than free is overprice for such a product.

Complete waste of time, I can ship floppy disks faster that this can allow you to create a share. I hope we''ll get rid of this soon asd start using real secure cloud storage instead.


WHen creating a share to allow users to upload, you can choose 'uploaders' but the perms offered are still download only. You have to create that useless link anyway and then from inside the folder click allow file upload. The interface is retarded, creating a simple links takes 30 minutes each time as it NEVER works the first time. How did you manage to create such a terrible inuintuitive interface for something so simple? ANd how is it still not improved years later? Oh I know, it s because you vlovk the feedback link so you can make sure to keep charging. your customer while not fixing any of this horrible software. CLick the feedback link and it says:
