Ik heb al jaren goede ervaring van KnivesAndTools.
De prijs is scherp en de levering is altijd snel.
Afgelopen maand een kloofbijl aangeschaft die de week daarop in de aanbieding was. De korting heb ik alsnog teruggestort gekregen. Dat is nog eens service.

Inmiddels een aantal mooie zakmesjes (Franse) bij ze gekocht. Zeer tevreden over de service en heel blij met m'n zakmesjes. In de toekomst zeker weer bij K&T!

I bought for €400+ items from Knivesandtools.
3 Miyabi knives and some other stuff.
On the website the 3 knives come with a discount.
But when I was in the neighborhood visiting from Spain I thought I would go to the shop.
At the shop I asked if there were any price differences between buying from the site vs buying at the shop.
The answer was "no, there are no differences".
Arriving home I checked the invoice and the website discounts were not applied at the cash register.
I notified KnivesandTools about this and I was told this would be corrected.
When KnivesandTools sent me a message about the refund amount, the refunded amount was wrong.
I supplied even a screenshot of the order on their website with itemnumbers which showed the exact and correct discount!
Then came the reply from KnivesandTools:
"
Thank you for looking into the situation further. Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to review the calculation at the moment, and the refund has already been processed. Should a similar issue occur in the future, we will certainly investigate it further.
"
In all honesty: that is rediculous and heavily disappointing.
No ability to review the calculation?
Just check your own website!
If you can make the first refund, just make the second refund.
And I provided all the exact details from their website.

Ben al meer dan 10 jaar af en toe klant. Geen regelmatige klant, want ze verkopen alleen maar kwaliteit die heel erg lang mee gaat. En de service en informatie voorziening is altijd perfect.

En ondanks dat ze alleen maar kwaliteit verkopen is de prijs altijd prima.
