The wonderful people at Fluent really were first class from start to finish. Friendly, professional, proficient and always helpful. I believe I was one of their first clients to utilise the all inclusive package, which I really would recommend. The end to end process of undertaking building works can be really complex (especially if like me you have not done it before). Letting the team at Fluent lead me through the whole process and take care of most of it was invaluable, and took a lot of the stress away. Finding the right builder can also be daunting (was for me anyway) so the pre-construction service was hugely valuable. The team at Fluent have a great local knowledge and were able to put me in contact with great local builder(Newstock Developments), perfect for my project and on budget. I could not be happier with the end result.
