Tom and Neville were very prompt in responding to our enquiry regarding our single storey extension. They were polite, professional and friendly in talking though our ideas for the build and the resultant plans were drawn up in a timely fashion. These were feasible in terms of our budget. Fluent continued to work with us in making adjustments and translating our ideas for the extension and Tom came back to see us a couple of times to talk through concerns.
Fluent were excellent in assisting us in all the regulatory requirements relating to the build i.e. Submitting plans to the local council for planning permission, drawing up building regulation plans, structural calculations and party wall agreements. They also advised us of the options with regard to building control inspections.
We would recommend Fluent, particularly for the advice and support they gave with regard to the rules and regulations associated with the build and the professionally drawn up plans. Our build is now underway and all is going well!

We worked with Fluent to design a rear extension including a refurbishment of kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Fluent helped us with the full design phase including planning drawings, planning permission and building regulation plans. Tom and his team were excellent in guiding us through the process and provinding insightful details to the design elements. Even though we did a number of changes to the original idea we had in mind, Fluent was always very helpful and accommodated all our requests! The total cost was very competitive and fully aligned to original quote! Fluent also provided a lot of really useful contacts for other elements of the design phase, particularly structural calculations, party wall agreements and building control companies all of which have been great to work with! It has been great to work with Fluent and we highly recommend Fluent!
