Great architect firm! They have a nice online system for arranging meetings and this saves lot of time in booking meetings, surveys etc. They were even able to come on a Saturday for the consultation. Communication has been great!
The survey was done quickly and plans were produced and revised professionally.
We had the planning permission approved and will be using them for remainder of the project.

Neville, Tom and the team have walked me through and the various steps of design and planning, which I am grateful for as I could not have done this alone. I have been pleasantly surprised by the prompt responses I always receive whenever I have a query. My build has not yet began but I am happy with their professional service and attention to detail whenever I needed to make any changes to the drawings/floorplans. I was wanting to renovate the entire house with open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living/Utility/Play Room/4th bedroom with en-suite. Fluent provided a proactive joined up service. I was really impressed from the start of the project. They hand held me through the myriad of administrative matters that needed attention which gave me such peace of mind as this was totally new to me. Their recommendations for professionals to deal with structural calculations, building regs and a surveyor for party wall agreements was seamless. I was really impressed at their delivery and professionalism answering my questions promptly making me feel confident everything was covered. I would have no problems at all recommending them to friends and family. "Well meaning and okay but you need to pay attention to detail…"

Well meaning and did a number of revisions at my request. However I was disappointed that they did not realise the need for a flood risk assessment, and some of their plans were not based on discussion with myself and needed revising for practical and aesthetic reasons. A further site visit was needed as the people doing the survey wrongly thought that the drain covers were cemented over.

"Single storey extension"

We engaged Fluent for a rear single storey extension and replan of use of rooms on the ground floor. They were very prompt with planning and building control drawings and provided helpful advice for party wall matters. They were also accommodating when we had to redesign the pitch of the roof. Build almost complete and very happy with it.
