Having no background in web design you leave it to those that do to have a sense of what you are wanting from them. So, it is not until you see all the work put into the original design that you then have a sense of what works for you and what doesn't. Excel was willing to rework the entire concept of what the website would be so that I was 100% happy with the finished product. That rarely is heard of in today's business practice in which you are hung out to dry in all that is new and unknown to you. They went the extra mile to meet me creatively where I was happy with the projects outcome. A job well done!
