Had an Amazing Experience with Excel.
They made my story come to life ♥️♥️♥️ David was my project manager he was really amazing with his work and was always on time with what he committed.. I spent $20,000 for my book writing and publication and with that I purchased marketing, it has been 6 months and I have already covered up my money and still making more...
They are Amazing and will always recommend them to others ♥️♥️♥️♥️

"A completely horrible experience"

I had a completely horrible experience. They told me they would finish the ebook by the Olympic games, but they failed miserably. They sent me a file with several thousand hard returns randomly inserted and were unable to fix it. I went to Fivrr and had the work done in 4 hours for under $50. They promised deliverables and not one time did they meet their own timelines. Either they lie or they are useless - take your pick. They took $500 for an ISBN and refused to refund me when they took too long with the draft and I got an ISBN for free from the government. They ripped me off, refused to refund and stole my money. Stay away from these people. Go to Fivrr or any other publishing firm and save yourself money and heartache. They missed my deadline for the Olympics after telling me 10 times that they were going to meet the timeline. Bait and switching liars. One star is too much for these crooks.

"This company is a scam"

This company is a scam. I agreed to a contract in 2022 to have a book completed in 4 months. In August 2024, I still don't have a book completed. Every time they call me, they want more money to complete the book. Please, please, please don't waste your time or money on this scheme. Find a real publishing company to write your book.

My project manager Seth came on board at the end of the publishing process of my 2nd book "Fluttering On". He was a great asset in the final process in finalizing my book for publication. My inspirational poetry book is very unique with special touches and tells a personal story as the sequel to my first book "Flutter of an Eye". Seth understood what I was looking for such as incorporating names, dates and pictures in combination with various poems in my book. He offered great suggestions to highlight specific special poems and was always there to lend a hand and use his expertise! His understanding of the story I was trying to tell was crucial and beneficial. I appreciate and I am thankful for all of his "Excel"lent work and understanding the details to finalize my book. The book turned out beautiful and I look forward to sharing my inspirational poetry with others to be inspired by as well. Thank you Seth!

I am writing to highly recommend Ms. Rosetta Turner a Senior Manager for Excel Book Writing (“Excel”). During my extended interactions with Excel my project was transferred 3 times to project managers who consistently were unable to complete publication.
Ms. Turner took on the task after matters were directed to outside consumer advocate agencies. She immediately demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and a remarkable work ethic to insure the project’s finalization.
With the exception of a reliable working relationship with project manager (Eliza Rhodes), I found few at Excel other than Ms. Turner dedicated to a client and quickly noted how much an invaluable asset Excel has in her as a senior staff member
Despite the ongoing challenges I experienced working with Excel as a company, including as previously mentioned the need for intervention by the BBB, FTC, and the local Attorney General’s office, Ms. Turner’s steadfast handling of tasks, with her commitment to excellence resulted in the completion of my project and provided a satisfactory recompense given the heightened efforts for resolve.
Ms. Turner handled the situations with grace and professionalism, ensuring that her work was of the high caliber. Her positive attitude, effective communication skills, and ability to ensure that tasks were done sets her apart; which is not only reflective of her skills deserving this recommendation but should result in her being recognized by Excel; but for Ms. Turner (and M. Rhodes who was transferred) I would have terminated my business relationship with Excel. However, in the end it would have been at the cost of not receiving a beautiful finished product.
In sum, my appreciation as noted above is specific in regard to Excel Book Writing. More importantly, as a senior staff member Ms. Turner should achieve upward mobility within Excel for the company to insure that as a company it lives up to the quality of publication it professes and advertises.

"Not my future company. "

My book was published with Excel, but it took far too long and I’m still not certain it’s listed for sale as promised. I know of 10-15 sales to friends and the site tells me only one has sold.

Everyone is friendly, but most of the time their promises were delayed and not easily forthcoming. My original $300 package blossomed to over $1,000.00 which I approved but would not again.

I’ve published three books and this was by far the least satisfactory to me. I do t use them again. They did some good marketing but the cost is more than I want to pursue.

This week I got an email telling me I was nominated for a Noble prize in literature if I sent them $5,000.00. You decide.

If there are any changes to be made they do this all within a timely and organized fashion with returning the necessary changes to me for my review. Mr. Alistair Lucas worked very hard, diligently, and tirelessly on my projects through out his inception of day one being introduced to my projects. Not to mention that he has also worked with me after business hours in order to seek my satisfaction with the projects and to overall help my projects be acceptable and respected in the industry. He has unselfishly committed to making my projects as successful as they can be with respect to the amount of clients he has to deal with on a daily and weekly basis. The pricing for the amount of work and assistance and not to mention the quality of work I receive from Mr. Alistair Lucas and the Excel Writing Company is more than fair. Overall this has been a very pleasant experience working with Mr. Alistair Lucas and Excel Writing.
