"Excel Book Writing is a Criminal Organization"

I retained Excel Book Writing in 2022. They removed my previous review stating that it was fake and posted by a competitor. My pen name is Michael Constantine. My real name is Christopher Holland. I am a special victim and parent of another special victim. We are both violent crime survivors. I have reached out to the authorities for assistance with this situation. In the commission of telling the first installment of our story, Excel was paid in 2022 to a sum of more than $36,500 upfront. It is November 15th, 2024. I fired them yesterday after nearly three years of them refusing to provide any finished product, commitment dates on project completion, or any actual services. The only thing I received was an unformated copy of the book I sent them with a black border in the digital version and a front cover picture. They kept changing my project manager and refused to answer my questions. They are criminals, plain and simple. I have approached government authorities to ask for their intervention in this situation. I will be going back to the BBB a second time as well to seek they place an immediate demand to comply with furnishing us a full refund for the services and goods they refuse to provide or deliver after taking payment. This is a real review. I have saved a full accounting of our correspondence with Excel Book Writing and recorded calls. I refuse to speak with them by phone and have told them not to contact me for any reason except to provide a full refund. I gave them a second chance after contacting the BBB and they blew it again. Now, I am seeking legal assistance to get our money back. The books were meant to raise awareness for child sexual abuse, domestic violence, drug addiction, family dysfunction, and the impacts on poverty and the links between poverty and being a victim of special crimes by your family because of economic dependence. These issues are systemic. I was trying to make a difference and fund solutions for victims by obtaining sponsors. I used a pen name because I have experienced direct reprisals and attempts to silence me or obtain vengeance against me and those I love for speaking and writing about these issues. We demand Excel Book Writing refund the money we paid them so we can retain a publisher who is honest and will complete this project on a timely basis. This is a warning to other authors. Do not use Excel Book Writing. I have left internet reviews on YouTube as well under the name Mark Twain as Michael Constantine.

My book is beautiful! However, the editing process was laborious and took way too long. Then after I was told that I would have my book in August I had to wait until October 28th to receive it. Also I had to ask to have the photos appropriately cropped and it took two requests to have them placed in the appropriate chapters.

Please do not go working with them. It is fraud. They did not do lots of things as they promised, for example, printed books, press release, marketing the book, library of congress and writer’s rights, global marketing, audio books etc. very unprofessional. It took over a year to publish and they are unbelievably not caring.

To Start with you can return the Thousands of Dollars I have sent you, for Moblie application development, Digital Marketing page, Start up Package,and yes you promised me that someone was writhing a screen play.. I have letters stating that you will return my money if I do not make a profit. Customer service was so bad, the only time i received a phone call was when you wanted more money. You don't have an office that I can come and talk to anyone. Do not sent them any money. Run don't walk to the nearest book printer. I tried to put in dates from January 2022 to until 2024, but it won't let me go back that far. I have sent Excel Thousands of dollars. and no-one of the higer ups will call me. Why??? you promised to send my money back.

"New Management at ExcelBookWriting company."

I have worked with ExcelBookWriting company since February 2023. I dealt with 2 managers to get to the end of the publication of my book in 9 months with the need for many constant revisions. It got worse after the publication to the marketing for 7 months especially with my eBook and decided to live with whatever was wrong with my eBook. Suddenly I decided to at least correct some errors on my website and the full cover of my eBook and was surprised to learn that the mangers I dealt with were all gone and the new head of the Managers, Dustin Brown, solved my website problem himself overnight and assigned a new manager, Rosetta Turner, to my problem with the Full Cover of my book. Rosetta solved the problem of the Full Cover overnight. I am so pleased with the a) the work and 2) professionalism of the New Management at Excel bookwriting that I can't help writing a review to let the world know there is now a new management team at Excelbookwriting and I plan to do more business with them and you should not worry about doing business with them. I will recommend them profusely.
