Promises made, promises kept. Can I trust what you say? Getting a book, my book published was a completely new experience for me. I only know of two people who are published authors and neither would recommend their publishing company. That of course was unsettling. So, choosing a publishing company for me became a crap-shoot. I started my internet such and decided to go with Excel Book Writing after having conversations with a few of there representatives. The promises that were made were kept. I've been working with Account Manager Seth Rogers from July to present. He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions or put me in-touch with someone who could. He is proactive and provides valid solutions to hurdles when necessary. I found his guidance and expertise to be invaluable.

My previous managers of this company did not do their work properly, postponing my book project. As a result, my books were not published for a long time. Also, my audio books "Enigmatic Freemasonry" (I paid for making them in October, 2023 - more than 1 year ago) have not been finished yet, unfortunately. My new managers (Pearl Dominic and Selena Martin) try to do their best, successfully helping me in realizing my book projects and publishing my books "Enigmatic Freemasonry" (Volumes 1 and 2), including making and publishing my audio books. Pearl and Selena are professional, nice, and polite. Both of them are the persons of their word and I hope that they will finish all of my book projects ASAP.
