The person I talked to was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had but the policy didn't cover all the items for the repair. The covered items were basic.

After I enrolled I could not sign in to my account. I emailed their support and they gave me instructions to reset my password., It did work at first so they had their support troubleshoot whatever was going on. That process did take a few days and once I was in my account I could not sign the policy. Had to reach out to their support again! But they fixed that problem too. Haven't had any more issues since!
