Really pleased with the service Savanna provided, and how quickly she and her team worked to find a solution so I could get the much needed repair done to my car.

I have been going to the same repair shop for years and had an issue with my claim because the admin said they were charging above msrp for the part. I called snoop and the lady said it might be worth it to go to a better shop. That's why I did and it turns out my regular spot was definitely overcharging so I appreciate the advice really.
