FINALLY A GENUINE WARRANTY COMPANY. I spoke with Savanah and she was awesome answering all of my questions. She was not pushy and made me feel like she wanted me to get the best policy.

They explained the cover and emailed all the information to review before going ahead with the purchase. At no time were we rushed into taking the warranties and i am happy with so far.

I received lots of options. I found that it was cheaper to purchase 2 years cover. I was also impressed with the fact I could spread the cost over a 24 months period without any interest. Overall I was very impressed with the whole process and found it easy to purchase the cover I required, for a very good price.

I was hoping to get "Premium Plus" coverage but it is apparently not offered on my vehicle.. their "Essentials" coverage is comparable to my current policy so I will keep it but I hope I can qualify for one of their better coverage's in the future...

I would say the website is pretty easy no navigate but I ended up purchasing powertain coverage when I wanted premium. They were able to cancel what I purchased and help me get the coverage I wanted at the end.
