Dispatching an order on time is easy. What sets good companies apart, for me, is how they respond when something goes wrong. I bought a shower cartridge which failed after 6 months (no fault of theirs, these things happen). One email on a Sunday resulted in a replacement being despatched on the Monday. You can’t ask for better than that!

I'd been asked to replace a mixer tap cartridge at our local health centre, my supplier informed me this item was obsolete and a new tap at a cost of £548-00 was required. The young lady I spoke to at Not just taps not only identified the replacement cartridge but also checked with the tap manufacturer to confirm it would fit.
