"Better than your local plumb store"
Great service. Had my whole water supply turned off for over a day. Once I realised the valve was faulty I tried 4 different plumber outlets for a replacement without success. One of them suggested tapmagician....but no success. Then I searched further on the net and found your site and the correct valve. I rang your sales team and the lady suggested I ordered it on line and it should be delivered next day by post. It arrived at 10:00 am and we were up and running by 10:15.
I’m not a plumber and yesterday was nearly resigned to having to replace a pair of very expensive tap units and probably employing a plumber to fit them.

"Liars and fraudsters - worst ever online purchase experience!"
Here is what they did –
1. I phoned them and they told me unequivocally that these would fit any taps and would fit Opella taps specifically. If not, I would not have ordered them so they got the order under false pretences. I challenge them to provide a voice recording of the phone call.
2. When the taps did not fit they were uncontactable by email or by phone for a week. I contacted the manufacturer listed on the product who gave me another phone number – same again. I put in a complaint through their website – no response. That is unacceptable.
3. They want me to pay for returning goods that were mis-sold. That is unacceptable.
4. They have lied and said they did not say these would fit any taps. That is truly unacceptable.
After a week of this I put in a claim with Halifax for a chargeback due to the supplier being uncontactable. Then I got an email from the supplier. Now they want me to return the taps at my expense and claim that they never said they would definitely fit. They are lying in order to avoid refunding me. I am shocked that such businesses still exist. I am happy to return the tap tops but not at my expense since they assured me they would fit and they don’t. I do not trust the merchant at all after this and have no intention of wasting further money sending these back only to find they don’t do the refund and I have even more hassle.
If notjusttaps actually did call us as they told the Llyods dispute service then they could have left a message if one of us was on the phone although we were both here all morning and hardly used the phone so I’m surprised it was apparently so difficult to contact us. The Llyods dispute service did not do anything other than refer me back to this disgraceful seller so don;t think you can depend on your credit or debit card company if you deal with a bad seller. In future I will deal mainly with Amazon who have truly reliable customer support in these circumstances. I certainly on't be buying from notjusttaps again and i strongly recommend you think twice about trusting them for anything other than a really standard purchase.

Not Just Taps are fine for straightforward orders. My order arrived two days after I placed it and it was largely correct.
Their after-sales service is not so good. I notified them of a problem with my order (they'd sent one wrong part) and it took them four days to reply with a rather unhelpful response. I immediately replied to advise them that their suggestion wasn't going to help and I'm still waiting for a resolution 12 days later.
Take a chance if you're feeling lucky but don't expect much help if you need any.
Edit: Not Just Taps got back to me and resolved my problem as well as sending me another part free of charge. I feel they've surpassed what I expected and would happily use them again

"Great help in an emergency"
I needed a replacement valve for my shower. Notjusttaps not only helped me identify the problem (I'm no plumber) but were also able to supply me with the part I needed quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be going back!

"Disappointing"
I am unfortunately still waiting for a £40 refund from an item that I returned on 22.8.15.
I ordered a shower caddy that I then didnt need and it had already been dispatched. I refused delivery via the Post Office but no one at Notjusttaps can look at the audit even although the Post Office tell me it would have been sent back straightaway. Also confused as to why refunds take so long when they could use CHAPS. it seems very poor practice to me and has discouraged me from either using this company again or recommending them.
Now I will have to go online to get my money back.

"Would give 11 out of 10 if I could"
Called their office to work out which part I needed to fix our kitchen tap. Spoke to someone who couldn't be more helpful (despite me asking a few stupid questions as I'm not a plumber)
So for a cost of 15 quid I've saved buying a new tap.
10 out of 10 for service and 11 out of ten for the bloke in their office.
