I honestly can't fault these guys! First 3 sinks purchased from them we delivered faster than estimated. The process was quick and efficient. This time round I ordered another sink which there was a slight problem with. They emailed me straight away and we agreed on a replacement. Kitchen tap went faulty and started spurting water sideways and constantly soaking the back splash. No idea about plumbing but i knew that it was something to do with the filter at end of the tap I descaled it first not the answer so unscrewed the end of the tap and the aerator had started to disintegrate. I found Not Just Taps.com and loads of measurements later & not at all sure what I was doing I messaged and sent pictures - immediate reply came back and told me that all I needed was new aerator a simple £3.50 part 2 days later it was in place and order is restored!

I am very happy with this company, having experienced prompt delivery and impressive customer service.

Unfortunately both items ordered are the wrong size so are being returned.

I measured the thread diameter of my faulty tap at 3/4" so ordered that size. The part supplied has a thread diameter of one inch, but apparently this is a standard plumbing dimension.

As a non professional plumber, just a competent DIYer, my best option now is to visit a local plumbers merchant with the old unit and say "I want a new one of these" Be careful what you order.
