I had some problems with their website not receiving my request. But once my request was received they identified the correct compression valve, which I received promptly. Helpful.

Went to two long standing local plumber suppliers who inform they dont do them size valves for taps anymore now. And the tap Divided Spout I would have go back to the manufacture. Must I have been there coffee break.

 Found Notjusttaps.uk. 10 mins later a return e-mail, ordered, delivered and job done two days later.

As NJT is not far from where I live I arranged to collect the part as I needed it straightaway. Due to road works and diversions it was touch and go to collect before they closed. No problem they would leave it outside for me to collect. I must have got there just before closing and was greeted by a gentleman who handed me the parts so never got out of my car. All in all a great company to buy from

"Tip top tap team,"

Purchased a pair of 'wrist levers' for our bathroom basin taps. One of them was far from being a tight fit considering they are a spline fitting.
Contacted NJT who quickly despatched a replacement pair with no fuss or bother.
Unfortunately, the same lever (hot tap side) seemed to have a manufactuing fault with the spllnes in that the replacement worked loose after a week or so.
Contacted NJT again who, along with an email of apology, once again sent a replacement - which to date has been a good fit.
Communication with the company has been quick and ultra polite.
Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in highly recommending 'notjust taps'. First class !
