i needed a Diverter tap valve and went to 7 different plumbers merchants only to be told ,No you cant get those, you have to change the tap. Well this woman wasn't giving up that easily. Not just Taps provided just what i needed and i changed it over myself. Great communication and service . Price was brilliant too
