"Abri bois effondré"

Nous avons acheté un abri bois design et cher, tout se passe bien jusqu'à ce qu'on décide d'y mettre du moins il y a quelques semaines pour l'hiver, l'abri s'est effondré. Le service client ne veut rien entendre et me dit qu'on en a fait une mauvaise utilisation... A fuire mauvaise qualité

Il prodotto (telone PVC 10x6 per protezione) fa il suo lavoro ma ha un paio di problemi che forse potrebbero essere risolti: gli occhielli metallici non sono distanziati regolarmente (tra gli 80 e 100+ cm) che hanno creato problemi nella tassellatura dei ganci di supporto con notevole perdita di tempo e qualche errore. Inoltre nel telone sono presenti diversi buchi che lasciano passare la pioggia

"Good company needs to improve delivery information "

The ordering experience was very good. Contact with the company was easy. I dropped 1 star due to lack of clarity on a delivery date. No advice was given for delivery day which I was expecting I had a phone call from the courier 30 minutes before he was due to arrive and I was at least 40 minutes away from delivery point. This was a very large item and could not be left with anyone else. Fortunately the driver was superb and waited for us to get there. This could have been very different if we had gone further away. Had we been told a delivery day we would have been prepared.
Cannot comment on the garage yet as we purchased earlier than we wanted due to the good deal on offer. We now have to do the base before we can erect. Will update on garage at a later date.
