We ordered a gazebo for our market trading, needing it to be fully enclosed due to weather conditions and the use of electrical appliances. However, it arrived without the walls, making it unusable in open conditions. This resulted in significant losses as we were unable to trade, costing us not only missed revenue but also expenses on transport and produce.
I contacted the company yesterday morning, and they assured me they would resolve this issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I received no callback. This morning, I called again, only to be told the customer service representative was unavailable and would call me back, but this is now the second day with no progress. Despite my attempts to offer solutions—including buying a new gazebo while returning the incomplete one—they were unwilling to accommodate. Instead, they said I’d need to pay an additional €150 to return the incomplete gazebo, even though this situation is entirely their responsibility.
This lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve an urgent issue has been extremely frustrating. For a purchase costing nearly €1,000, we expected much better service and support. Unfortunately, they’ve shown no urgency, no compensation offer, and no clear path forward to help us get the complete product we paid for. Based on this experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this company, as we’re left in a lurch and still without the full item we ordered.

I’m a bit late posting this review as all the shipment didn’t arrive together so was unable to start building the garage, this was not Dancover’s fault. As for the product I cannot fault it in anyway it is very well made with clear instructions, I hope to finish it today.
As for Dancover themselves they were very helpful in making sure I got the mislaid package.

"Dårlig kundeservice"
Købte et skur med cykelhalvtag. Det var en stor pakke som krævede kranvogn. Efter en uges tid fik vi checket varerne og der var en vigtig skade på en hjørnestolpe. Vi så yderligere skader da vi lagde brædder op på bukke og malede dem. Vi kontaktede Dancovershop og de afviste først at dække noget som helst. De endte dog med at acceptere stolpen fordi den ikke havde fået maling. Men de vil ikke sige noget om hvornår vi kunne få en ny stolpe. Og den er essentiel for at skuret kan samles. Totalt dårlig kundeservice.
