I am trying to follow your assistance in using external 4.5v power instead of three 1.5v batteries. After following your instructions the device no longer works. I've asked to be able to ship my device to you for your analysis and the response was that you don't do that. The solution would benefit Bigdawg as much as myself, but you've refused twice. I have ruined five purchased units under your advice as to connectivity and I will buy no more without your support

The card took forever to get here. I ordered the Valentines card on January 22nd and it was delivered to me on February 11th. It was all over the country - east to west - and even spent a day in my city before going to another city many states away and then back to me. I won't order from BigDawgs again if I'm ordering something time sensitive.

I ordered cards with that I could add a voice recording to and they arrived quickly and everyone I sent them to loved them! Adding a personalized recording is a really unique & fun gift.
I made a mistake in my online order so I had to get in touch with bigDawks for help and the person who helped me was incredibly efficient and kind. I would definitely use again.

My card was great the sound quality was really good you could perfectly understand each word the recording said. Even though my initial audio clip didn’t work the team was extremely nice and communicated with me to get them a new one that would work. I was happy with the price and quality of the item and it arrived in perfect condition. I do wish the audio was louder but I don’t know if that’s something I could have customized or asked for. Overall stellar quality from bigDAWGS greetings!!
